You have successfully made it through the pureed phase of the post surgery regimen and it is now safe to begin adding solid foods to your eating plan. The volume of food increases to three ounces during weeks nine through 15. Protein supplements are still required.
Remember to use healthy methods of food preparation including baking, grilling, broiling, boiling and steaming.
