Fitness Center membership

Now available to all patients of the St.Vincent Bariatric Center of Excellence

Walking track, fitness equipment room, water aerobics and floor exercise classes available.

Membership is subsidized through the St.Vincent partnership with PrimeLife Enrichment. Membership includes use of walking track and fitness room. Classes are $5 each.

Water Fitness Class

Patients must be at least 8 weeks post-op and have medical clearance from their surgeon.

Chef Woody’s Bariatric Cooking Class

For patients who are 6 months (or more) post-op. Chef Woody will lead a Bariatric Cooking Class on the 1st Thursday of every month at:

Dinner by Design

Monthly cooking class for patients who are 3 months or more post-op. Class size is limited, and phone reservations required. Call the St.Vincent Bariatric Center of Excellence at (317) 582-8035 to reserve your spot. Dinner By Design door prizes included!
